Incomplete stories: "Justice in Nebraska" and "Cedar Ridge"

I have two stories (or in one case a serial) that are apparently incomplete"

"Justice in Nebraska" has 4 parts, the last one (ending set in England) promises: "To be continued..."

"Growing up in Cedar Ridge" by "Tess" (probably not the same Tess who writes for CF Publications) has two chapters, and ends with a fabulous description of a hairbrush spanking. Possibly there is no chapter 3, but I am hoping that there is and someone has it.

I would love to find the complete Cedar Ridge Series. The fellow who posted them to A.S.S. in 1994 (Julian/Soft Tears) claimed to be a Hollywood screenwriter who commissioned Tess to write the series. There were supposed to be 13 chapters in all, but only three were posted (you can find them through Google groups):

I have Justice in Nebrasca in my collection. I have no idea if it's complete or not but it has 47 pages and 32,000 words. So it's quite long.

My copy of Cedar Ridge ends on part 2 of Chapter 2. Other Tess stories that I have has to do with Daddy and his brush, apparently not related to Cedar series.

A.S.S. has four chapters of "Justice in Nebraska" available:

I have the first three chapters of "Growing Up in Cedar Ridge" by TESS and I really like it. Chapter 3 ends with the promise of more to come:

I don't know if these missing chapters were ever actually written, but I would love to get my hands on them. If they really don't actually exist I might try writing the chapters myself.
