Terrible lose. I had read some of her writings. It is always a shock to hear of a lose in the library. So sorry on such news. May her soul find peace.

When I first was participating in the Library I dealt with Linda quite a bit, since she was still a librarian back then--one of the characters in some of my stories, "Kaylinda," was named after her.

She was a sweet person and quite supportive of new members to the Library, it's sad for us to have lost her this way but at least any suffering is over with... --C.K.

Truly sorry to hear of her death. She was very supportive of my first writing efforts and I greatly admired her own work. R I P Linda.

It is always hard to lose someone of our extended community. I wish there was someway of letting her family know of our best wishes without disturbing her privacy. The number of people she communicated with her would surely comfort them.

Still I would want my secrets carried out beyond the grave.

I am sad. She was someone you could always turn to if you wanted to know about the complexities of English grammar. Rest in peace.

I too add my condolences, so sorry to learn of this news. She was ever helpful when I spent a short time proof reading, always there to give advice. She was a great pal to Corncrake back in the day. Rest in peace.
